People visit the website.
We’re not receiving any enquiries.
I’ll find out where you’re losing customers between the first page and the submission of an enquiry. Based on your website’s data, not on gut feeling.
Delivery within 5 working days. From 4,900 Kč excluding VAT.Most of the tasks sound like corrections. It’s only once the data is in that it becomes clear what needs correcting.
A company website usually lists its services. Visitors are expected to work out for themselves whether it’s right for them, whether they can afford it, and what to do next. Most of them can’t work it out and leave.
The most expensive thing is to repair something that wasn’t broken.
Redesigning a website that hardly anyone visits is just as big a mistake as pouring money into advertising for a website that fails to encourage visitors to get in touch. Both cost about the same and neither works. The only difference is which way the money was wasted.
Analysis isn’t about finding a list of errors. It’s about identifying the problem behind the result. We’ll find out in a few days. Redesigning the website takes months.
For it to make sense, there must be something to measure.
This is right for you if
- People visit the website via adverts or search engines,
- you’ve set up the monitoring and you know the figures don’t add up,
- You’re planning a new website and want to know what should be done differently from the current one.
It won’t suit you if
- You’re just launching the website and it doesn’t contain any data yet,
- Hardly anyone visits the website – so the issue isn’t demand, but visibility.
A finding and an assumption are not the same thing.
Data
In GA4, I’ll trace the journey from the landing page through the services and price list to the contact page. I’ll identify where people drop off, on both mobile and desktop, from both paid and organic traffic.
Behaviour
In Clarity, I look at recordings and heatmaps. Where people click, where they return to, and where they open a form but don’t complete it. The data tells us where; the recordings tell us why.
Enquiries
I’ll go through what you’re actually getting. With a company website, the problem often isn’t the number of enquiries, but the fact that they come from people you have nothing to offer.
Priority
I will organise the findings by impact and complexity. I will set out separately what can be seen in the data and, separately, what I infer from it. I will not mix facts and opinions.
Verification
For changes where I’m unsure, I’ll suggest ways to verify them. Usually by taking measurements before and after, as company websites don’t tend to have the capacity for testing.
Practical background, not general comments.
The deadline is within five working days of the access details being provided. This includes a joint review of the deliverables.
List of findings by impact
For each one: what’s happening, where I can see it, and what to do about it.
How to get in touch
Where visitors get lost amidst the service, price and form.
Recommendations on the quality of enquiries
What’s missing from your website that would encourage the people you want to work with to get in touch?
Basis for implementation
You can pass the output on to a developer, an agency or an in-house team.
Four things everyone asks about.
We have a new website.
The two are not mutually exclusive. The new website addresses design and technology, not necessarily whether visitors will understand what’s on offer and get in touch. The analysis focuses precisely on that second aspect.
We don’t get enough visitors for this to work out.
Sometimes that’s true, and I’ll be straight with you. With smaller figures, we focus more on recordings and content than on statistics. If nothing comes of it, I won’t try to sell you anything.
After all, we can see it for ourselves in Analytics.
Analytics shows where people are leaving. It doesn’t show why. That part has to be worked out from session recordings and the way the page is structured.
We don’t want to redesign the whole website.
And you don’t have to. The output is a list of specific areas, not a brief for a redesign. Most of the points tend to involve minor adjustments.
The scope will be agreed in advance.

Prices are indicative. I will propose a specific scope of work based on the size of the website; there is no hourly billing.
You’ll probably contact several suppliers.
I’ve drawn up seven questions that you should ask each of them. They’ll help you tell who’s looking for the root cause of the problem and who’s just going through the motions.

Send me your website. I’ll tell you where you’re missing out on enquiries.
All I need is your address and a brief explanation of what seems off about the figures. I’ll get back to you with what I can find out and how much it will cost.
If nothing comes of it, I’ll let you know. This isn’t a binding order.
